The Belgian midfielder took to Twitter to hit back at reports linking him with a move away from the Stadio Olimpico indicating that he has not had discussions with any clubs.
Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan has insisted he has not held talks over a summer transfer to Chelsea.
Goal understands that Antonio Conte has put the Belgian midfielder high on his wanted list as he looks set to take over at Stamford Bridge in the close season.
Reports also suggested that the 27-year-old, who has scored three goals in Serie A this season, had discussed the potential move to the Premier League with friends, but Nainggolan used his official Twitter account to deny the rumours.
“If I have not spoken with any club, why I should have talked about it with my friends?” he said
The Belgium international has appeared in 28 Serie A games this season for Luciano Spalletti’s men and has featured in all but one of their Champions League outings.
