Nigeria’s telecoms solutions provider, Globacom, has opened a third Gloworld shop in Enugu with a promise of enhanced services to its numerous customers.
The shop located at the Polo Park Mall in the capital city brings the number of customer service centres in the coal city to three and the highest by any telecoms operator in the city.
In a speech delivered by the National Sales Coordinator, South East, Mr. Gabriel Okoli, Globacom said at the commissioning that the company’s objective for this addition is to further enrich the mobile experience of Glo customers in Enugu who are loyal in their transactions. The first two shops are located on Ogui Road and Okpara Avenue respectively. They compliment the Glo Zone outlets located in different parts of the town.
“As you are well aware, our approach to customer service is one that is always underpinned by innovation and total inclusiveness, which is why we are consistently seeking innovative channels to make available our bouquet of services to them’’ he noted adding that the Polo Park is strategic as it remains one of the busiest locations in Enugu where diverse segments of its customers congregate.
He disclosed that Globacom knew that Polo Park Mall is opened everyday of the week, and this will give our numerous customers that visit the mall the ample opportunity of experiencing our quality customer service even as they catch their fun.
Okoli noted that Enugu city boasts of many tertiary institutions, as well as civil and public servants who find time to socialise while Polo park proves to be a distinctive location because of its busy nature, saying this stirred the desire to facilitate easier access to its products and services by its esteemed customers at the shop.
He therefore assured customers of the company’s commitment to satisfying its customers, guaranteeing the high-class services of its well-trained customer care staff who will be on ground to attend to customers’ complaints. “We therefore encourage our current and potential customers to walk into our shop here to address any issue, ask questions, seek clarifications, or possibly offer advice on how best they want us to serve them,’’ he said.
