Dickson Support Movement, the group campaigning for the re-election of Bayelsa State governor, Seriake Dickson, yesterday slammed the chairman of the Southern Ijaw local government area of the state,Chief Remember Ogbe and other former aides of the state governor for disloyalty and defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to the group, the recent show of disloyalty and defection to the APC by former aides of the governor is condemnable and breach of trust of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.
Among those accused of alleged disloyalty include the chairman of the Southern Ijaw local government, Chief Remember Ogbe and former commissioner for Lands and Survey, Furoebi Akene and the chairman of the State Action Committee on AIDS (SACA),Dr.Temple Iluma.
The group, Dickson Support Movement,in a statement issued yesterday by the State Coordinator, Comrade Tarilayefa Beinabi,said the intelligence unit of the Governor Dickson’s campaign organisation has discovered the lacklustre and disloyalty attitude of the identified aides to the re-election bid of Governor Seriake Dickson.
