Apple Music arrives for Android

by nadum 16 Nov , 2015

Just as promised earlier this year in June of Apple Music coming to Android devices and the Apple TV, Apple is keeping to its promise and is releasing a Beta version of the music streaming service for Android devices — already available for download from the Play Store. Pretty much identical in form, the app still needs some more touches, like the signup process that’s yet to be optimized for Android — that, Apple has said it’ll work on, including music videos availability.

Android users will also enjoy the free three-months trial streaming access the software giant gave its iOS customers after which they’ll have to fork up $9.99/month for a personal membership plan. Apple Music works on devices running Android 4.3 or later.

It’s also worthy to note that Apple Music is the second app Apple (credited to Apple Inc) is releasing for Google’s mobile OS, following “Move to iOS,” Cupertino’s recommended app to help users easily switch from Android to its own mobile operating system, eschewing the need to overly sync your files over the cloud to move your files.
