- Sen Magnus Abe of APC defeats Olaka Nwogu of Rivers South-East Senatorial District on appeal. Election nullified. INEC to conduct a rerun within 60 days.
- Rt Hon Otelemaba Amachree of APC defeats Osinaka Ideozu Of Rivers west Senatorial District on appeal. Elections nullified. INEC to conduct election within 90 days.
- Hon Aye Pepple of APC defeats Randolph Brown of Bonny Degema Federal constituency on appeal. Election nullified. INEC to conduct election within 90 days.
- Hon Dawari George of APC defeats Boma GoodHead appeal. Elections nullified. INEC to conduct election within 60 days.
- Hon Sampson Egop of APC defeats Inombek Abiante of Andoni Opobo Nkoro Federal constituency on appeal. Elections nullified. INEC to conduct election within 60 days.
- Hon Brave Wobo of APC of Port Harcourt Federal constituency 1 also won his appeal against the PDP 7.Hon Igo Aguma of APC defeat Ken Chikere on appeal. Elections nullified. INEC to conduct election within 60 days.
- Hon Barry Mpigi of APC defeats Jacobson Nbina on appeal. Elections nullified. INEC to conduct election within 60 days.
- Hon Mourice Pronen of APC defeats Dum Deekor of khana- Gokana Federal constituency on appeal. Elections nullified. INEC to conduct election within 60 days.
