Suicidal man who climbed an electric pole at Lekki Phase 1 has finally been rescued by men of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency and Fire Service.

According to eyewitnesses (Twitter users with handle @AlmunsurE and @Kenegbas), the suicidal man tried to cut himself but was prevented and was taken to Eti-Osa primary health care centre where he is currently being attended to by the doctors.

He was identified as Fredrick Gino from Cameroon, and he claimed he did not know how he got to Nigeria.
